Semester 2 Final Exam Schedule

Only the classes listed above are authorized to administer semester 2 finals during the final exam sessions. Secondary students will be dismissed at 1:00pm on final exam days.
All semester 2 finals will be given in the gym based on the schedule above.
Proctoring teams will be made up of all teachers administering exams and additional staff if required.
Term 4 and Semester 2 grades for ALL students are due on Wednesday, June 15 by 3:45pm.
An Incomplete will be issued to any student who fails to sit for a scheduled semester final.
Authorized make-ups for semester 2 finals will be scheduled on Tuesday, June 14. Other than make-up exams, there are no scheduled classes on this day for students in grades 7-12
Teachers should develop exams that will require students to utilize the full testing time however, for students finishing early, dismissal times at 9:30am (session 1) and 12:15pm (session 2) are permitted. .
On Monday through Thursday of the week of June 6, no major assessments should be scheduled so students can adequately prepare for their semester 2 final exams.
Semester exams are primarily designed to measure enduring understandings, higher order thinking skills, and problem solving abilities. Students should also expect other ESLR skills to be embedded into their semester 2 finals.
