Our U14 boys and girls volleyball teams couldn’t have had a more successful start to their seasons. Expert volleyball coaching at TIS has long been a strength, and it showed against Tianjin International School on Nov. 18. Our boys dominated in 3 straight sets. So many girls have come out for volleyball this year that our team was able to split into 2 squads, TEDA Green and TEDA White. Teda Green won in straight sets, while TEDA White were victorious in the third set.

Comets Coaching Program
Our adult volleyball coaches are nurturing the next generation of coaches. This season, we have 5 high school athletes assisting our U14 volleyball teams: Na Yun, Shin Yu, Hannie, Matthew, and Mark are learning by doing, and are doing a fantastic job!
Comets in Action This Week
U19 Boys and Girls Basketball vs REGO, here at TIS, at 4:00 on Friday, Nov. 26.
U14 Teams will participate in ISAC Exchanges on Nov. 27. Some teams will travel to Beijing, while here at TIS we will host 5 teams from Beijing and Tianjin. Fans are welcome! Games will be played from 10:00-3:00, and our cafeteria sandwich bar will be open from 11:00-2:00.
