Making Mooncakes in Pre-K

One of the benefits of being part of an international school is children’s exposure to many different cultures through school wide events.  One such event is the Mid-Autumn Festival.  The Pre-K children listened to the story of the Mid-Autumn Festival and made traditional mooncakes.  After the event, the mooncake molds were added to our playdough tools to reflect the multi-cultural aspect of our homes and community.
