Making Mooncakes in ECA

One of the benefits of being part of an international school is children’s exposure to many different cultures through school wide events. One such event is the Mid-Autumn Festival. The ECA children listened to the story of the Mid-Autumn Festival and made traditional mooncakes. After the event, the mooncake molds were added to our playdough tools to reflect the multi-cultural aspect of our homes and community.
